We ship all packages from a 3PL Warehouse Centre located in Christchurch.
The time frame for orders to the South Island is next day delivery & North Island is 2-3 business days for delivery. Rural deliveries usually take 1-2 days extra.
We use courier NZ Couriers and Castle Parcels to deliver our packages. We will provide you a tracking number when your purchase has been dispatched from the warehouse. With that tracking number, you'll be able to track the location of your package.
