Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

LOST, DAMAGED or FAULTY ITEMS

If your purchase and package does not arrive, or it arrives damaged, or if the product is faulty, please contact us within seven days from confirmation of dispatch. 

We will require your:

  1. Name and delivery address
  2. The order number and details of the item that was lost
  3. The tracking number we sent you with confirmation of dispatch
  4. Photos of the item and the packaging showing the damage


We may require the item/s to be returned to the postal authority as near as possible in the same condition as when it was delivered. We will arrange a courier to pick up the damaged item. Once we receive and inspect the item/s, we will then replace or refund the items free of charge.

OUR 7-DAY RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. We hope that you are completely satisfied with the service and also your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return your order or a portion of it, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing info@davroenz.co.nzwith you name and address, order number and details of the item you wish to return.
  2. You must not have used or opened the product, or unfortunately, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  3. If the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  4. We are happy to refund the full purchase price of the returned item, minus the cost of shipping of any item returned in its original condition.
  5. If you wish to exchange your product, please return the product in an original, unopened condition and we'll refund you. You can then purchase a new product. 


Refunds will not be eligible as follows:

  1. The loss or damage is the result of an event beyond our reasonable control.
  2. The loss or damage occurs after delivery (stolen from your property)
  3. Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges for any reason
  4. Returns not sent in their original condition, without a proof of purchase, or past 7 days will be accepted at our discretion only.
